CAN A PERSON UNDER 18 RENT?
You can rent an electric bike if you are 16 years old, but your parents have to come with you and sign off.
HOW TO CHARGE AN ELECTRIC BIKE?
If you know how to charge a laptop, you will most likely know how to charge an electric bicycle as well. You will get instructions on how to use it, but also how to charge it.
WHAT IF THE BIKE WAS DAMAGED OR STOLEN?
The person renting the bike is responsible for any theft or damage caused to the bicycle and will be charged for the additional costs.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order for up to 24 hours upon ordering and get a full refund. No questions asked.
